KLPD x CelcomDigi – Generasi 5G Flash Mob at Bukit Bintang

This wasn't just a performance. It was a massive gathering of musicians, dancers and creative energy that turned the heart of Kuala Lumpur into a live stage.

When CelcomDigi's organisers contacted us, their goal was ambitious: 100 musicians and 20 dancers coming together for a one-of-a-kind flash mob. We weren't only asked to perform — we were trusted to gather and coordinate the musicians for this large-scale production.

To pull this off, we ran a series of night training sessions in the lead-up to the event. Rehearsals focused on both the music and the movement — essential for the impact of a synchronised flash mob.

On the day, all 100 musicians were split into four mini-groups stationed at different points around Bukit Bintang. At the signal, each group marched towards the central performance area in front of Bangunan Yayasan Selangor.

As the groups converged, the crowd's excitement built — and that's when the music truly began.

After the last note faded, we joined the crowd in counting down to 8:00 PM. As the clock struck, the giant screen near McDonald's lit up with CelcomDigi's Generasi 5G launch commercial — a spectacular moment that capped off an unforgettable evening.

We are truly honoured to have worked alongside CelcomDigi on this launch — not just as performers, but as the team entrusted to gather, coordinate and unite more than 120 musicians and dancers.
